Our free adjustments for the 4 months following delivery are a commitment to your well-being. When you receive custom foot orthotics from Marchildon, you have the assurance that we will do everything necessary to ensure that your devices provide the expected relief.
In practice, this means that if you still experience pain or discomfort after the adaptation period recommended by your orthotist, we will reassess and make the necessary adjustments to your orthotics at no cost, for the 4 months following delivery.

Our follow-up process
Follow-up is an integral part of our approach. After the delivery of your orthotics, we recommend coming back for a check-up visit about 4 weeks later. This appointment allows us to verify that the adaptation is going well and to make fine adjustments if needed.
After that, we recommend an annual follow-up to check the wear of your orthotics, assess the evolution of your condition, and determine whether modifications are required. This regular follow-up helps maximize the lifespan of your devices and the effectiveness of the treatment.

The appointment generally lasts between 20 and 30 minutes, and you leave with your adjusted orthotics the same day.
